A very rare astrological aspect is taking place today!
Throughout the years I have studied major astrological aspects and transits, as they provide potential for the moment or moments in time, as well as for many years ahead. Nostradamus used Astrology over 400 years ago to discover certain aspects of time and how their meaning translates to the current time as well as years into the future.
Today, Jupiter, the planet of happiness, financial gain, and expansion, along with the planet Neptune, the planet of inspiration, creativity, the arts, unconditional love, compassion, and charity will conjoin in the sign Pisces, a water sign. It is a monumental meeting.
To give you an idea of how rare it is to have Neptune in Pisces most Astrologers state that it takes Neptune 168 years to revolve around the Sun. Jupiter takes one year to revolve around the Sun. Therefore, it can be challenging for Jupiter and Neptune to get together in the same zodiac sign. A conjunction is the most vital aspect of astrology because it heralds the start of a new cycle and will affect most for over a decade.
How does this translate specifically to your life… well its all about choosing how you want to live for the next decade. Using the elements of Jupiter and Neptune identify how you wish to manage your happiness, abundance, and expansion while at the same time how you wish to manage your compassion (for yourself and others), inspiration, and creativity.
For me, I find myself focusing on the Five Agreements. Don Miguel Ruiz wrote “The Four Agreements” and “The Fifth Agreement”. Using them as a guide to live through and experience the next decade I believe can be conducive to how they sum up the elements of Jupiter and Neptune…. especially the Fifth Agreement “Be Skeptical”.
“The Four Agreements”, by Don Miguel Ruiz
1. Be impeccable with your word
Words are more powerful than we realize, they are the building blocks of labels, concepts, and beliefs. To avoid creating new, harmful illusions, be extremely conservative when using them on yourself or on others. Get in the habit of saying only what you mean and meaning only what you say. When in doubt, say nothing at all.
2. Don’t take anything personally
Remember that the words and actions of others are the products of their own illusory realities. Acknowledge that if you shared the same reality, you would know no better than to act and speak in the same way. Armed with this knowledge: take nothing personally. It will defuse the power of the words and actions of others to impact you.
3. Don’t make assumptions
Though we know most assumptions are baseless, we often still give them the weight of full agreements. The result? The violation of one-sided expectations is a major source of misunderstanding and suffering at all levels of life. Be aware and wary of your natural tendency to assume things about yourself, others, and the world around you. Instead, look and listen without labels or judgement. Have the courage to ask questions and clarify. And remember, when someone or something surprises you – the failing isn’t theirs, it is yours.
4. Always do your best
Always do the very best you can. Live with maximum possible each moment. Don’t worry about whether your best now is the same or better than your best yesterday, or even five minutes ago. Instead, accept that your best will change from moment to moment – depending on the conditions within and around you. Now, do what you can, with what you have, from where you are – you can ask nothing more of yourself
The most important Agreement for our time now is the “Fifth Agreement” as it supports you to have great compassion for how you gain clarity, make choices, decisions and align with your Truth.
The fifth agreement “Be skeptical and learn to listen”. “Be skeptical” because most of what you hear isn’t true. You know that humans speak with symbols and that symbols are only the truth because we agree, not because they are really the truth. The second half of the agreement is “learn to listen”, and the reason is simple: When you learn to listen, you understand the meaning of the symbols that people are using; you understand their story, and the communication improves a lot. Once you realize that hardly anything you know through symbols is true, then “be skeptical” has a much bigger meaning. “Be skeptical” is masterful because it uses the power of doubt to discern the truth. Whenever you hear a message from yourself or from another, simply ask: Is it truth, or is it not truth? Is it reality or is it a virtual reality? The doubt takes you behind the symbols and makes you responsible for every message you deliver and receive. Why invest your faith in any message that is not true? By being skeptical, you don’t believe every message; you don’t put your faith in symbols, and when your faith is not in symbols, your faith is in yourself. To have faith is to believe without a doubt, and to doubt is to “be skeptical”. Don’t believe all the stories that we artists create with our knowledge. You know that most of our knowledge isn’t true, so don’t believe me, don’t believe yourself, and don’t believe anybody else. The truth doesn’t need you to believe it; the truth simply is, and it survives whether you believe it or not. Lies need you to believe them. If you don’t believe lies, they don’t survive your skepticism, and they simply disappear.
A very powerful message and one I intend to live by for the next decade and more!! My books can also offer some insight as to how to have the courage to stay the course and be accountable! They are available on Amazon in paperback, Audible and Kindle formats. "It was ME all Along, the Path to FREEDOM" and "The Dolphin Lady, the Story of a Unique Relationship” -
